The one-on-one sessions allow the trainers to create an exercise program that factors in the participant’s time available, any injuries, and to make sure they are healthy enough to perform the exercise program. It also educates the participant in the various groups of exercise. After this time spent being educated on the basics of exercise, the person can then go on and exercise properly on their own.
