A Japanese Technique to Overcome Laziness

Trying to do too much too fast is usually a recipe for failure. KAIZEN is a method invented by Masaaki Imai that is based on the idea of achieving goals by taking small steps. The name is derived from two words that in Japanese mean change and wisdom. The technique involves doing something to achieve our goal each and every day, but only for one minute, at the same time. It is something everyone should be able to do. Eventually, it will become a habit and if it something that ends up being enjoyable then we can expand and do more each day, thus hopefully, achieving our goal.
