Dieting is an institution. For almost five decades, it’s been seen as the sane alternative to the dump truck of more intense dieting programs that surround us. The fact is, dieting continues to fail the vast majority of people because dieting doesn’t really work. This is a problem, especially when you consider the fact that soon our government might soon be pointing people in their direction for health care.
