Here’s another reason that morning people live a healthier life than those who stay up late- night owls tend to adopt a diet that higher in sugar and fat. Researchers from the Finnish Institute of Health and Welfare tracked a group of subjects that were a mix of morning people and night owls. It was found that night owls tended to eat foods higher in sugar and fat. Furthermore, night owls tended to eat meals and snacks twice as often.
