There is a big difference between just looking fit, and actually being fit. It’s important to stay on top and keep improving your fitness, especially as you get older. Some suggestions are to take one workout session and break it up into multiple smaller sessions. Another idea is to just do one very intense workout a week. Doing a higher volume of easier workouts allows for more recovery time. Getting older requires more recovery time, and you should leave your workouts feeling refreshed.
