Dale Hadley shares how he began to value working out later in life. He found that a crisis changed his outlook and not only led him to prioritize his health, but to also appreciate his body. He decided he wanted to see how far he could go to improve himself, and he started a routine of weights, resistance, cardio and body weight 4x’s per week as a regimen. And he insists that age is no factor and it’s never too late to start.
