WHO | Physical Activity and Adults

For people that are aged 18 to 64, physical activity includes leisure time and activities like walking, dancing, gardening and swimming. Chores, games and sports are also included in this list. This will help improve your overall health. It is very important for adults to have 150 minutes of aerobic physical activity every week. Aerobic activity needs to be done in increments of at least ten minutes. There are many ways of accumulating the 150 minutes a week goal.
