When is the best time to take your vitamins, well, it depends on the vitamins. A multi vitamin should be taken half in the morning and half at night, with your meal. So with breakfast take half, and with dinner take half. This keeps vitamins in your blood stream at an even rate and food helps with the absorption and reduces a stomach ache. Vitamin D, on the other hand, is fat soluble so it is best taken with fattier food choices, along with A, E, and K. Just make sure not to take it with anti acids as they block the absorption. Take B when you wake up on an empty stomach. Vitamin C is also one to take throughout the day.
