It’s amazing how something we say we don’t have time for is the exact thing that could add years to our lives. The studies have shown people who work out on a regular basis of 5 times a week for about 30-40 minutes are slowing their aging process. The studies looked at the cells in a persons body, people who worked out more often still had a protective coating around their cells, people who worked out less often the protective coating was deteriorating. In short, make sure to exercise to live a long and full life!
