This Lively Pursuit Keeps Your Brain Young – PsyBlog

Dancing was a key ingredient to helping the elderly keep their brain young. The study allowed those approximately sixty eight years old to choose whether they would dance or do physical exercise. After the study was done, they concluded that dance stimulated the brain significantly more then the physical exercise. Dance requires you not to just move but memorize different steps which seemed to be key to brain improvement.
