A great workout comes from finding the right level of activity. Too little leads to boredom and too much leads to wanting to skip. Albert Matheny created a fitness challenge to combat these common issues with two full-body workouts that can be tailored to your specific fitness level. The workouts are designed to alternate and consist of three different moves. Working out just four times a week and building on level each time, the user will progress to a twenty six minute workout.
