It’s common knowledge that exercise can contribute to a healthy, long life. What isn’t so commonly known, however, is that playing certain sports may contribute to you living longer. Researchers studied 80,000 people over the course of nine years, and found that individuals who played racquetball, swam, or cycled had lower risks of death than individuals who didn’t participate in the sports. It seems that what kind of activity a person does might have an effect on how much it helps their health!
