There are many health benefits that go along with playing sports but it’s also important to know your limits. If you’re middle aged or older you should avoid doing extreme sports. Your body just can’t handle that kind of thing, especially if you haven’t been doing it all along so you can get used to it. Overdoing it with any exercise can hurt you. You can pull muscles or worse. You need to make sure you’re doing activities your body can handle.
