The Brain-Training Scam

Many people have given into the short-term programs that are built to improve cognitive thinking or function. However, these programs might actually do more harm to your cerebellum than anything else. A new study was released by the University of Nottingham where the research shows too much stimulation to the brain can actually harm memory cells. It appears that these short-term programs are helpful for those whose brains have partially shut down but not for the average healthy adult.
