An American College of Sports Medicine report published in 2013 claimed a seven minute workout can be effective. The proper technique is to do the reps in a specific order so one group of muscles can rest while the other is being worked on. There are twelve specific, pretty commonly known exercises. Some examples are jumping jacks, push-ups, lunges, and squats. An illustration and a chart are provided as a guide.
