There are 3 stages of failure that can be identified and once they are they can be fixed and prevented. The first stage is failure of tactics which is the failure of details or the “how” you failed. The second stage is failure of strategy which is the failure of the action or the “what” you did to fail. The third stage is the failure of vision which is the overall idea or methodology otherwise known as the “why” you failed.
Key Takeaways:
- Sometimes in life we struggle to always find the answer and when we continuous repeat the same thing over and over again without result, we give up.
- When hitting an endpoint, it requires deeper thinking and strategy to solve, not to try the same thing over and over again.
- Know how the mistakes are made, what the mistakes are, and why these mistakes were present.
“One of the hardest things in life is to know when to keep going and when to move on.”
