Yoga can help with back pain because it stretches and strengthens muscles. It’s a great way to stay limber and can also be good for us emotionally and mentally. You need to be careful if you are doing it with a back problem, though. Some good poses are given here. They’re gentle and won’t hurt as much as some of the more complicated ones might. Don’t be afraid to do yoga but remember you do have physical limits.
