Older golfers lose flexibility and range of motion in their golf swings. There are ways to increase the range of motion. For hip inflexibility, narrowing your stance and re positioning your feet can increase your swing. There are exercise drills you should do with new positioning. These should be practiced with a soft swing at first because it is going to feel strange until you get used to it.
