Science has said that the best kind of sleep is the kind we get in a tent. It turns out that when our internal clocks are more in line with the natural light dark cycle, we tend to have better rest and that is better for our bodies. Camping allows you to be in the natural outdoor light and it turns out to be the best kind of sleep we can get.
