A new study has released data saying running may actually help your knees. They conducted the study on 15 male, and 30 female runners. Only 6 were able to be analzyed after testing due to lack of synovial fluid. The results were promising though, even with so few results. Sitting, it seemed, caused the knees to change molecules, even for a short period of time.
