The only sports that are guaranteed to make you a healthier person are soccer and running. These are both very good for you and if you practice them for a long time, then you are in good shape. Other sports still have some benefits though. Exercise is always good for people and every sport offers some form of it. But, there are risks that go along with playing sports like injuries that can be carried through a lifetime.
