Red Sage Builds Strong Bones, Study Finds

Preventing Osteoporosis has been linked to blocking the enzyme CatK for years. The trouble with the pharmacy industry has been finding a way how to do this. It appears that the solution may be as simple as a powerful herb known as Red Sage. In a study, it stopped bone loss in humans and increased bone density in mice. This herb works in a different way than drugs on the market which could also result in fewer negative side effects.
