Power Up Your Legs With The Frog Jump Exercise

The frog jump will make your legs more powerful, like a frogs legs that are able to jump far distances. Although not easy, this exercise is a cardio workout as well as a workout for your lower body. Start standing, squat until thighs are parellel, and keeping arms in front of you. From here, jump up and leave the ground, landing gently. Do as many intervals as you can.
