Physical Therapy May Help For Back Pain, But Time Works Best

A common prescription for back pain is physical therapy. Doctors feel this is helpful. You learn exercises to help lessen the pain and to help keep muscles limber. This does help some people but is not right for everyone. Some people just have to wait out the pain. This is not what everyone wants to hear since waiting can be hard and can seem like it goes on too long but not everyone will benefit from therapy and some can’t even handle the physical activity.
