Stretching is without any doubt something that can help in life. There are two main types that you need to know about. Dynamic stretching is when you do a moving, fast stretch, and it is the more advanced of the two. Static stretching is the one we all know very well. That is the one that you hold a stretch, and not move. The two ways of stretching are most known, and the most critical ways to increase your mobility.
