People who work out the most have a huge advantage when it comes to aging

The amount of exercise needed is very high though. Professional athletes and those who work out extensively or daily have a higher rate of having healthy DNA. This can also prevent cancers such as bone cancer. The amount of exercise necessary depends on a person’s weight and height, but hard working exercise can really make a difference in your life.
