People who exercise might have bigger brains later on

Are you interested in reading about another benefit of staying in shape? According to an article written by CNN our brains shrink as we age. However, there is hope for your brain. A study of over 1,500 people at an average age of 50 has shown that individuals who perform better on a treadmill test will have a larger brain then those who perform poorly. Brain size may be associated with higher blood pressure and heart rate during exercise.
