Over 40? Best Method of Training!

Aerobic cardiovascular training and intelligent strength training are both good workout options, especially, if you have limited time for fitness. Both are important to maintain cardiovascular health and if you have the time you should do both, but strength training also prevents muscle atrophy. It’s not body building but intelligent resistance training. When you are over 40, it’s important to keep this muscle mass without overdoing it and causing injury. Working each muscle group and taking appropriate rest time is important.
