Midlife Fitness Levels Linked to Good Health in Old Age: Study

A recent study has formulated a strong hypothesis that during the middles ages of life, the more active you are the less chance you have of illness and disease in the last years of your life. Although, there is always the genetic factor which can throw off the entire model, researchers are confident that the higher the activity levels during the middles stages of our lives, the less likely we are to develop certain diseases that are most commonly associated with the elderly.
