There are so many unfortunate conditions that can ail you as you age. There are a lot of painful and chronic conditions. One thing that has shown to reduce these or get rid of some of them all together is midlife fitness. If you are fit in your midlife, you are less likely to suffer from chronic conditions and if you do, you are more likely to have less suffering with them.
