Middle aged athletes have a lower risk of having a sudden cardiac arrest, while they are exercising. There is a lot of attention places on the people that have a sudden cardiac arrest, while they are playing a sport. The benefits of exercise far outweigh the risk of having a cardiac arrest. Even for middle aged men, who have some problems with their heart, are a low risk. Sudden cardiac arrest and heart attack are actually different.
