Men often don’t worry about themselves and only worry about their loved ones. 1 in 5 men die prematurely before the age of 65, whilst 67% of all men are obese. Some ways to help decrease this would be to get to the gym, kick the bad habits, deal with stress, and most importantly listen to what you body has to say. Your body will tell you when you have had enough and need some rest. Sometimes taking care of yourself isn’t the worse thing!
