Having consistency in a diet can be a good thing, but too much of the same thing can be a little too much for your body to handle. A lot of it depends on what you are eating. Fruits and veggies are great to have every day. You may want to change the types you eat though and include a wide variety. If you stick with the same thing, you will miss out on nutrition you can profit from.
