Is Being a ‘Weekend Warrior’ Actually Good For You?

Weekend warriors are encouraged to get moving even if you slacked off the rest of the week. It is beneficial for your body to have some form of exercise, and it is better than no exercise at all. Exercising will help you decrease your chance of disease and cancer. On the other hand, weekend warriors may be prone to injury, especially if they are overweight because of stress on joints. However, it is still beneficial to squeeze in some exercise, even if it’s only a short time, and only for a few days.
