The 7-minute workout comprises 12 exercises that last 30 seconds per set. It is considered a high intensity workout. The author felt it helped him get through his day, both physically and mentally. It’s easier because you can do it anywhere as opposed to traveling to a gym to work out. But it didn’t result in any weight loss for the author. He doesn’t plan to continue to do this workout. It can be helpful when added to a regular regime.
