This is a study on “superagers”;people who are 80 but have the memory of people who are 30. The study shows that a major factor for such a great memory is having warm and trusting social relationships. It doesn’t say 100% you wont have memory problems but that with great social relationships it helps to keep your memory great. The difference between “superagers” and their peers was that of social relations with others. It helps you to stay more with it.The study’s aim is that “SuperAgers” are adults over 80 who perform as good as individuals 20 to 30 years their junior. The Program is identifying their great memory performance.
