How to beat loneliness

Loneliness can come over anyone, and it doesn’t actually matter if you are physically alone, or just feeling alone. Loneliness can affect our stress levels and overall health and well being. Many people for a variety of reasons can withdraw and become even more lonely, to avoid risking any part of yourself. You can break free of this if you want to though by getting a hold of acquaintances and friends and making plans. Don’t think that old friends won’t like you, they already have. Be happy and positive, make real plans with set dates and times.
