How Exercise Rewires Your Brain

Exercise and brain activity are closely related. Recent studies have shown that exercising the brain directly, helps in reducing and controlling anxiety and stress level. One of the tests used was accomplished by dunking lazy mice and active mice into ice cold water. The brain activity supported the idea of positive brain effect through exercise. Brain exercise allows a reorganization leading to the aforementioned stress reduction. Having the brain “in shape” allows rational and low stress responses to external stimuli.
