High-intensity exercise can affect men’s libido

Exercise is good for men’s libido and overall good for sexual function (fertility etc.). Men that do not regularly exercise have lower testosterone than those who do. Lower testosterone means lower sex drive. However, good exercise can be detrimental if done in extremes. One study found that long term exercise can lower libido overtime. For healthy men who have low libido and are working out more than ten hours a week, lowering those hours should help.
