At the European Society of Cardiology meeting in Sophia Antipolis, France, researchers revealed that fifteen minutes of exercise each day might lower older adults’ risk of early death. In fact, the study also showed that the more exercise an adult, aged 60 and over, does, the more they will benefit from it. A brisk 15-minute walk each day can spur advantages.
