For a long life, consider picking up a tennis racket

A study of over 80,000 adults finds that those who played tennis, badminton, or squash have the lowest risk of dying as opposed to other various exercises. Compared to people who don’t play racket sports, those who did were 47% less likely to die of any cause and 56% less likely to die as a result of cardiovascular disease. All types of exercise evaluated in the study below states the median age of death for any participants was significantly lower than non-participants.
