If you are looking to burn fat you probably know that a fast way to do that is to do cardio. If you are over fifty you know how hard it can be to keep up and do all the exercise that you want. Doing cardio over fifty is great. You should always check with your doctor, make sure to take breaks when you need to, don’t strain yourself, and make sure to take rest days.
