Finding fitness for those 40 to 60

In a Singapore study, it was demonstrated that over 30% of citizens have a chronic illness or disability by the age of 60-80, so it’s important for people age 40-60 to get active. Many fitness programs are geared to young people and seniors, but not much for the middle aged group. A new club was launched to address their needs. The program is free, but gym and pool fees apply. Sometimes people are reluctant to begin an exercise program, but once they do it can become a habit.
