Exercise Makes You Younger at the Cellular Level

According to research conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, exercise really may be a fountain of youth. Researchers discovered that telomeres, which are at the end of one’s chromosomes and which shrink as we age, shrink more slowly in people who exercise than in those who do not. The most significant results were found in those individuals who exercised the equivalent of jogging at least thirty to forty minutes, five days a week.
