The number one excuse for not exercising and getting fit is a lack of time. According to Bobby Maximus, who is the general manager of Gym Jones, this is not a valid excuse. One of his greatest customers works an insane amount of hours each week, has a long commute, and manages to spend time with his family while also remaining in great shape. Even if you work 70 hours a week and complete all of your other obligations, most people have a minimum of 9 hours each week in which they can exercise. You just need to push yourself.
