Unfortunately, some health advice is not always quite accurate. Despite the vast evidence showing that, for instance, sugar intake is not always good for you, the methodology behind those studies is fairly flawed. Lobbying or less-than-scrupulous tactics behind these so-called “scientific studies” often produce biased results at best, and at worst, vastly manipulate the public into consuming products that aren’t in their best interest. Stay vigilant, because our collective health can only be sustained by an informed populace.
