Benefits outweigh risks for men who still play contact sports in their 40s, 50s and beyond

Men playing contact sports at a later age has risks. Obviously, as you age, you are less limber for example. There are benefits as wel though, and these seem to be greater than the risks. Contact sports are a great workout and a great way to burn calories. They also provide social interaction which is integral to the well being of many. Sports allows us to be a team with others and to get to know them.
