Arnold Schwarzenegger: ‘When I look in the Mirror I Throw Up’

Arnold Schwarzenegger was critical of his physique even when he was in top shape and won several titles of Mr. Olympia. He always found something lacking. It was this perception that resulted in his training harder in the gym than anyone. This led to increased confidence because the intense training made him more comfortable and made his look more convincing during contests. Today, Arnold is as motivated as ever to stay in great shape and works out twice a day.
