‘Amazing’ Auckland centenarian hits the gym twice a week

Len Darr is 102 years old and he still goes to the gym twice a week. The Auckland, New Zealand, resident is, according the other gym members, surprisingly fit. His workouts involve the use of the treadmill, cycle, chest press, seated row and the pull down machine. He enjoys that active lifestyle and used to wrestle, swim and play rugby in his younger days. Along with his workout regimen, Darr has a very healthy diet that stresses portion control.
