A middle-aged man showed how to change the body a few weeks of training. Photo – micetimes.asia

Ben Jackson was a 45 year old father of three who decided to get in shape and change his body. Many people think that it’s too late at that age to get in the best shape of your life, but Ben proves otherwise. In only 12 weeks, he went from 86.5 kilos to 79 kilos and 20% body weight down to 9. He also says he became happier, had more energy, gained more patience with his children, and was able to cope better at work. He hopes to encourage other middle aged men that it is still possible to change themselves, not only physically but in other ways as well.
